What if I do not remember or do not have the exact divorce details?
Do not worry. If you do not have the exact details of the divorce ruling, we can search using the details of your previous marriage. In Cuba, marriage entries usually carry a marginal note recording the dissolution by divorce, which lets us trace and obtain your document.
What is the minimum information you need to start?
Ideally the full names of both spouses, the approximate year of the divorce and the province or municipality where it took place. If you have the details of the earlier marriage, send those too to speed up the search.
What usually goes wrong when you do it alone
The costliest mistake is not being slow, it is submitting a document the receiving body will not accept.
