Cuba Legal Services is a private, independent company specializing in obtaining, legalizing, certifying, translating and shipping civil and academic documents issued in Cuba, for clients anywhere in the world. We are not affiliated, associated or connected with any Cuban agency, ministry or government body.

Data we collect
When you complete our contact, consultation or document request forms we collect: full name, email, phone (WhatsApp), country of residence and information about the documents requested.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is processed to: (a) handle the enquiry or service request (legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); (b) communicate with you during the process (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
International transfers
Providing the service requires handling information before bodies in Cuba. This international transfer is inherent to the service contracted and is carried out with the explicit consent of the user.
Retention
Data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and, once it ends, for as long as needed to handle any legal claims (maximum 5 years).

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction of processing by writing to tramite@cubalegalservices.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
