What is it and what is it for?
It is the academic document issued by the university or higher education institution in Cuba setting out the summarized content and topics of every course taken during your degree.
It is essential when credential evaluation agencies such as BACB, WES, SpanTran or ECE, or foreign universities, need to validate not just grades or credits but the specific content of each course in order to grant recognition, professional equivalency or a licence to practise.

Why these files get rejected
Credential evaluation agencies apply strict, inflexible criteria: a sealed envelope sent directly by the issuing institution, a complete file with nothing left out, and a translation faithful to the original document. A single broken link in that chain — an opened envelope, incomplete course content, a course misread in translation — is enough for the file to be rejected or evaluated downward. And redoing it almost always means starting again in Cuba.
