Data we collect

When you complete our contact, consultation or document request forms, we collect: full name, email address, telephone number (WhatsApp), country of residence and information relating to the documents requested.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed in order to: (a) handle the enquiry or service request (legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR); (b) communicate with you during the process (legal basis: legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR).

International transfers

In order to provide the service, information must be processed before bodies in Cuba. This international transfer is inherent to the purpose of the contracted service and is carried out with the user's explicit consent.

Retention

Data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and, once it ends, for as long as necessary to deal with any legal claims (maximum 5 years).

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction of processing by writing to tramite@cubalegalservices.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookie policy

Which cookies do we use?

This website does not use its own cookies and no analytics or tracking tools. The only third-party communication occurs when loading the fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), which means Google may record your IP address. Google Fonts does not install cookies on your device.

Implementation note

If analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) or advertising are added in the future, a cookie consent banner will be mandatory and this policy will need to be extended.

Managing cookies

You can configure your browser to block requests to third-party domains such as fonts.googleapis.com. In that case, the site will continue to work correctly using fallback system fonts.
